Urosepsis will also be put to rest with the start of ICD-10-CM. Urosepsis is a nonspecific diagnosis being used by physicians every day. Physician clarification will be needed for this diagnosis clarifying whether or not the infection is localized to the urinary tract or systemic (sepsis).
